PAY THE TANK plan

We're bringing back the PAY THE TANK plan.
And it's what it sounds like.

This deal is open to all the BKs in the guild.

Whenever you tank a party that has any other Requiem1/2 members,
You can claim back the cost of ALL your HP potions used in that time.

Just record the number (and size) of potions used, and you will be reimbursed with disena from the guild funds.
(Please claim! This is what Favrielle wanted the guild funds used for)


This deal isn't open to players using Paimons, because you don't eat HP potions.


And as a bonus gimmick! There are cash rewards if any Requiem1/2 levels-up whilst in your party.

lvl37: 40k
lvl38: 60k
lvl39: 80k
lvl40: 100k
lvl41: 125k
lvl42: 150k
lvl43: 200k
lvl44: 250k
lvl45: 325k
lvl46: 400k
lvl47: 500k
lvl48: 650k
lvl49: 800k
lvl50: 1,000k

We'll withdraw the guild funds and repay you asap.

The plan is so the tanks don't get poor, and are motivated to do their jobs
So claim!

Bonus = pointless. Tank 1 levels someone up from 30% to 95%, tank 2 does the rest and get's the credit. Fair? I doubt.

If there's two tanks in the party, surely they both get reimbursed for their pots but do they split bonus?

Example, xp party before CW last night:

Demandred pulled/tanked, Shlia tanked. They both took a beating.

Demandred had to go when I was at 5%, it was 3am his time.

I had gained 55% at that point, 60% from the party & leveled to 44.

Maybe bonus based on % xp gained, or is that too complicated?

Well, was the same few days ago when we had a baba party. Keb was close to lvl up and someone asked to end the party. I said something like: No, I want to lvl up Keb to get the bonus. Did I do it b/c of the extra money .. no, I just helped another member to lvl up. Believe me or not .. doesn't matter. I know why I'm there.

Just ask if some help could speed up your way to lvl 45. I'm there. Was fun with you fighting acc in iether when I did more running then fighting and saw you against 2 strikers and they had to eat some snow

Just pay all BKs in guild bonuses based on time spent

Doesn't matter who leveled who, just if BK A spent 5 hours he gets 5x and BK B spent 3 hours he gets 3x.

As long as everyone gets a specified fair share it's all good.

Personally i lavished BKs in Req2 with whatever good gear i scrounged up. They're so important to groups i always wanted them to be happy and tanking. It sucks that most of em are now in Req1

Oh well, a happy BK makes for happy groups
